We are currently recruiting for a Technical Order Librarian to work at Minot Air Force Base, in Minot, ND.
The Technical Order Librarian maintains all unit required (except Precision Measurement Electronics Laboratory) Technical Orders in accordance with T.O. 00-5-1,
AF Technical Order System
and applicable MAJCOM supplements, all binders in a serviceable condition.
Replace torn, heavily scuffed, dirty, or illegible pages as necessary, and a current inventory list on all assigned materials in field dispatching kits, main library and sub-accounts. Posts all TO updates in accordance with applicable governing directives.
Performs a list of effective changes check (A-Page) in accordance with T.O. 00-5-1 and applicable MAJCOM supplements, and a complete A-page check of all TOs in conjunction with the required annual check in accordance with T.O. 00-5-1 and applicable MAJCOM supplements. Is responsible for initiating unaccounted technical orders reports.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize multiple, competing tasks and demands and to seek supervisory assistance as appropriate.

Work requires a High School Diploma and a minimum of two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and /or training and experience. Technical order processing background preferred.
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.Must be a US citizen.
Must have the ability to understand the guidance in AF Technical Order System and applicable MAJCOM supplements, Rivet MILE Instructions, and AFGSCI 32-1005. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications. Position interacts with customer personnel, and continually requires demonstrated tact and diplomacy. Work is conducted in and around an industrial production plant environment.
Compliance with all company and customer safety rules, regulations, dress code, instruction and training is required. Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, and proofing material, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
