Smile and greet every customer both internal and external. Speak to all associates in a warm, friendly, courteous manner. Display genuine and enthusiastic interest in the customer; pay complete attention. Anticipate customer needs and be flexible in responding to them. Be knowledgeable about your job. Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them. We are comprised of many different departments and work groups. Team work is essential to provide the highest quality of Guest services.
SUMMARY:
Work as a part of a mixed skillset team focused on customer service in a hospitality environment. This position is based in Orlando, Florida.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the daily support and development of Information Technology for multiple resorts, responsibilities including, but not limited to:
Perform preventative and regular maintenance on personal computers, peripherals and other equipment as required.
Perform installation, configuration, relocation and support of computer equipment and workstation software.
Responsible for the timely completion of assigned work orders.
Receive user Service Desk calls, document user’s requests, and provide telephone assistance for troubleshooting, installation and configuration of computers and software.
Provide first level VoIP and Mobile device support.
Provide first line support and escalate more complex problems to a second level resource.
Produce training material as needed
Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
Able to lift 25lbs & walking required.
Performs other duties as required.
Independent judgment for technical issues is critical and required routinely on a daily basis.
Ability to alter work schedule to include after hours and weekends if necessary.
Additional Details
Daily interaction with:
1. Upscale Resorts in Kissimmee, Orlando, Jacksonville, Miami.
2. Construction offices during development phases at each location.
3. Sales teams hosting events and going on tour.
4. Entertainment halls / convention centers
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelors of Science degree in Information Science, and/or certifications relevant to responsibilities, and/or related work experience of at least 1-year Information Technology.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
A valid driver’s license is required for this position.
