Description : Position Summary The Database & Donor Records Assistant is responsible for researching, entering and maintaining data in the foundation's gift information system. This includes data entry and maintenance for Raiser's Edge event module as well as analysis and processing of gift batches into Raiser's Edge. Qualifications :* Any combination equivalent to an Associate Degree and three years experience in general office environment. * Working knowledge of database software required. Experience working with Blackbaud Raiser's Edge fundraising software a plus. * Oral and written communications skills * Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy. * Learn complex data entry codes and procedures quickly * Prioritize data entry projects and review work for accuracy. * Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; can effectively prioritize own work with limited direction. * Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. * Positive attitude, quick learner and proactive problem solving skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality with donor information.
