Taylor & Francis Group is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, bilingual and highly organized Library Sales Coordinator to join their Library Sales team. The ideal candidate will be required to deliver product presentations over the phone, achieve sales targets and provide administrative support. S/he will bring their own skill set for business and sales development. The Library Sales Coordinator is required to speak Spanish fluently and be comfortable with warm calling. This position is based out of our Boca Raton office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Print Library Supplier Sales Activity

Ensuring all new publications are announced 6 months prior to publication, and all books are ordered upon publication

Researching series and continuations information upon request

Ensuring all standing orders are shipped upon publication of pertinent titles.

Working closely with marketing and editorial departments regarding sales of new reference product; identifying opportunities; planning and executing promotions

Calling upon the wholesaler accounts quarterly to discuss sales trends within their markets; monitor sales activity, including returns and inventory levels

Liaising with Operations and Customer Service to address any metadata, fulfillment or access issues for eBook customers ordering through OASIS or GOBI

Latin American Agent Activity

Acting as Sales Support for our Latin American eBook Agents; following up on orders, and liaising with Customer Service on any customer issues

Providing demonstrations of our digital products in Spanish to our agents

Identifying market opportunities for the agents

Administrative Activity

Assisting in the planning and set-up of all Library Sales Meetings

Recording and reporting all sales activity using Salesforce

Generating monthly reports and ad hoc reports for Sales Management as needed

Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Effective presentation skills and organization, strong oral and written communication skills

Fluency in Spanish and English

Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
