TO Librarian

Profile

This position requires experience in maintaining technical orders in accordance with 00-5-1 policy. Serves as the Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO). Individual must have ability to maintain the master repository and satellite locations for use by system maintainers. Must be able to review automated indexes and determine the need for initial distribution and for updates to the applicable data for the systems assigned. AETC web based General TO System Course required.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Supervises one to ten personnel
Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Collect and report quality metrics
Assist in the development and maintenance of standardized procedures and processes
Contribute to development and sustainment of standardized training plans
Implement and monitor effectiveness of OJT
Schedule and monitor satisfactory completion of formal training
Maintain a thorough understanding of directives governing TOs and TO libraries
Counsel personnel as required to maintain discipline and team morale
Job Requirements :
3 – 5 years proven experience working with USAF TOs and TO libraries
Supervisory experience to include ability to make work assignments, implement training, write performance evaluation and personnel administration
Proficient in use and operation of MS Windows operating system and MS Office applications
Completion of both the general and advanced TO Systems Courses
Security Clearance Required
