The Library Customer Service Representatove provides support for our school library customers and Sales team. In this role you'll manage communication and requests from our customers and sales representatives via phone calls, email, and live chat in order to resolve various requests or inquiries. Responsibilites include:Check daily on previous adbills, orders, commitments, open cases and daily email from management and/or supervisor requests.Research and process returns and/or replacements.Enter new and manage existing orders.Coordinate with other departments and/or Dedicated Customer Service Reps regarding shipping, credits, title availability, rework, cancelled orders, and picklists.Update customer profiles / reruns.REQUIREMENTS1-3 years of Customer Service ExperienceHigh School Degree or EquivalentBasic experience with email and Microsoft WordExcellent written and verbal communications skills
