Performs a variety of administrative duties to support the Registrar’s Office.
Band: 2 Responsibilities:
Coordinate submissions and creation/updates of college course catalog, work closely with ITS staff.
Provide administrative support to the Registrar and Associate Registrar.
Manage all online academic grades submissions, including training and follow-up with faculty.
Maintain Greek rosters and grade point average information.
Perform proofreading, typing, photocopying, and scanning.
Assist students, parents, faculty, staff, and alumni explaining policies, procedures and requirements in person and by telephone or email; refer non-routine questions to registrars.
Manage electronic academic transcript system and oversee all related revenue, update transcripts with language placement and GRE scores.
Process drop/add requests and unofficial transcripts.
Evaluate and process enrollment verifications.
Assist with wait list process.
Manage student summer session records; process course adds and changes.
Assist with graduation preparation/coordination.
Assist in training, providing work direction and problem-solving assistance for student employees.
Maintain highly confidential records; perform data entry to include student address changes.
Additional Responsibilities:

o Promote a culture of safety and environmental protection by working in a safe manner; immediately reporting unsafe situations and accidents; following college procedures; and participating in appropriate safety training.
o Demonstrate environmental sustainability by using college resources wisely and supporting the college’s sustainability initiatives and innovation.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
High School graduate; minimum of two years related work experience or equivalent education; proficient with computer software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel); excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to think critically and solve problems; good judgment and ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion; excellent organizational and customer service skills; ability to operate standard office equipment.
