Summary Manages and supervises the Digital Asset Management system for the Office of Marketing and Communications, including all assets (video and photo) created within the office. Works closely with creative team members to preserve and ingest assets while maintaining an up-to-date, on-brand repository. Generates metadata and ensures its adherence to localized terminology. Serves as the first point of contact for the asset database, providing reference to internal and external patrons. Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment required. Required Qualifications REQUIRED: Bachelor\u2019s degree in information systems, library science, or related field and one year of related work experience. Strong visual eye with the ability to select high-quality photos\/video to tell a story. Experience with metadata and methods for organizing and storing information. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic understanding of audio and video formats. Preferred Qualifications Experience with photo and video archiving\/keyword tagging Working Conditions \/ Physical Demands This position will work up to 29 hours per week during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
