We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and committed individual to join our team responsible for the provision of case notes to outpatients.
Duties include the pulling of case notes from a large filing system, locating case notes throughout the hospital, and preparing case notes for outpatient clinics. You will be required to liase with staff at all levels and to demonstrate a dedicated approach in providing a high quality service.
This is an active rather than a desk-based role as members of the team spend much of their time visiting various departments within the hospital searching for and delivering case notes.
Good communication and organisational skills are essential along with some administrative experience and knowledge of MS windows applications. The successful applicant will have the ability to work well within a team environment and to prioritise and work to deadlines.
