Management Assistant - Library

Profile

This position requires experience in related technical order production, such as evaluation of source data, familiarity with military specifications for TOs, editing, and the inter-filing of TO changes and supplements into basic manuals. This individual should be familiar with TO library database management systems. Position also requires experience in management and/or administrative functions to include word processing, spreadsheets, software, database, and schedule management.

Requirements:
Experience in Microsoft Office suite, adapts to change and able to prioritize work and complete assignments quickly and accurately. Accurately assess current configuration and determine if TOs are current and complete, perform annual inventory of all assigned TOs. Accurate incorporation of changes and supplements into assigned TOs.
Mandatory:
Must be able to work with limited supervision; have strong organizational and time management skills with effective communication and interpersonal skills. Security clearance required.
Desirable:
Experience working with AF TOs or similar documents where configuration control is required.
